This is the Lotte World Tower, the tallest building in South Korea. Head up to the observatory on the 123rd floor, 555 meters high, for a spectacular panorama of Seoul. Inside the tower you’ll also find a shopping mall, hotel, restaurants, and even a duty-free shop.
